How can we help?

Getting started
Why do I need to verify my email address?
Verifying proves the address is yours and keeps your account recoverable. New accounts work normally for a short grace period. Until you verify, some sensitive actions — such as creating a team workspace, inviting people or buying credits — are unavailable, and if the account stays unverified past the grace period it is restricted and eventually removed. Open the verification email we sent when you signed up, or request a new one from the banner in your dashboard.
I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first, then use the resend option in your dashboard. Make sure you signed up with an address you can receive mail on. If it still doesn’t arrive after a few minutes, contact support with the email address you used.
How do I create my first short link?
From your dashboard, open Links and choose to create a new link. Paste the destination URL, optionally set a custom back-half and title, and save. Your short link is ready to copy and share straight away.
Short links
Can I choose my own short link ending?
Yes. When creating a link you can set a custom slug using letters, numbers and hyphens. If the slug is already taken you’ll be asked to pick another one.
Can I change where a link points after creating it?
Yes — edit the link and update its destination. The short URL stays the same, so everywhere you already shared it keeps working. Destinations are checked for safety when they change.
Why was my destination URL rejected or flagged?
To protect people who click our links, destinations are screened for abuse such as phishing and malware, and some domains are blocked. If you believe a legitimate site was flagged by mistake, contact support with the link and we’ll review it.
QR codes
What kinds of QR codes can I create?
You can create QR codes that point to a short link, and product QR codes for common categories such as Wi-Fi and others, plus a Custom type for your own fields. Choose the type in the QR wizard, fill in the details, then style it in the design step.
Can I update a QR code after printing it?
QR codes that point to a short link keep working when you change the link’s destination, so you can update where they lead without reprinting. Changing the design (colours, logo, frame) only affects newly downloaded images — codes you’ve already printed won’t change.
How do I download my QR code, and in which formats?
Open the QR code and use Download. The dialog lists the available formats and sizes. Some download options and removing the usort mark from the code are paid add-ons that use credits — you’ll see the cost before you confirm.
Analytics
What does analytics show me?
For each link and QR code you can see total and unique visits over time, plus breakdowns by country, device, operating system, browser, referrer and UTM parameters. QR scans and link clicks are reported separately so you can compare them.
Do you store my visitors’ IP addresses?
No. We don’t keep the raw IP address of people who click your links or scan your codes. A salted one-way hash is used to count unique visitors, and the original address is discarded. See our Privacy and Security pages for details.
Why don’t I see new clicks immediately?
Clicks are recorded as they happen, but dashboards may take a moment to catch up. Refresh the page after a short wait. Very recent activity can also be affected by the date range you’ve selected — try widening it.
Workspaces & teams
What is a workspace, and how do I invite teammates?
A workspace is a space that owns links, QR codes and their analytics. You have a personal workspace, and you can create team workspaces and invite people by email. Invitees choose to accept, and their role controls what they can do. Creating workspaces and sending invites may use credits, and require a verified email.
Billing & credits
How do credits work?
Credits are a balance in your workspace that pays for paid features and add-ons. Each action shows its cost before you confirm, and your balance and history are on the Billing page. See the Pricing page for current rates — we don’t list amounts here so they’re never out of date.
How are payments processed?
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details — only the amount and an order reference. If a payment succeeded but your credits haven’t appeared, wait a few minutes and refresh; if they still haven’t arrived, contact support with your order reference.
Account & security
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings → Security and enable two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. Save the backup codes it gives you somewhere safe — each can be used once if you lose access to your device.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and enter your email. We’ll send a reset link. If you signed up with Google, GitHub or Microsoft, sign in with that provider instead — there’s no separate password to reset.
How do I sign out of other devices?
In Settings you can view your active sessions and revoke any of them. Resetting your password or deactivating your account also signs out your sessions.
