Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and "usort — AI-Powered Link Intelligence"("usort ", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using usort , you agree to these Terms. If you're using usort on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

usort lets you create short links and QR codes, organize them into workspaces, and view analytics about who interacts with them. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything your team members do within a shared workspace.
• Keep your password confidential, and tell us immediately at support@usort.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use usort .

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use usort to create, host, or redirect to links that:

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive or defraud;
• Infringe someone else's intellectual property or other legal rights;
• Violate any applicable law, or facilitate illegal activity;
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person or group;
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) using usort links;
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We run automated checks on submitted destinations and may disable, warn on, or remove any link or account that violates this policy, with or without notice.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Certain features consume credits, which you can purchase through our payment processor, Razorpay. Prices are shown before purchase.

You're responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.

6. Your content and links

You retain ownership of the URLs, QR code designs, and other content you submit to usort . You grant us the right to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service (for example, redirecting visitors and showing you analytics).

You're solely responsible for the destinations your links and QR codes point to, and for having the rights to link to or encode that content.

7. Intellectual property

usort , including its software, design, and branding, is owned by "usort — AI-Powered Link Intelligence"and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as needed to use the service as intended.

8. Suspension and termination

You can deactivate your account at any time from your account settings. Deactivating immediately signs out every active session. Signing back in reactivates your account automatically — there is currently no separate "permanently delete" self-service action; email support@usort.xyz to request permanent deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimers

usort is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, usort and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, usort's total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service shall be limited to the amount you paid directly to usort for the service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid usort during that period, any applicable liability cap shall be determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by the laws applicable to your use of the service and do not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold "usort — AI-Powered Link Intelligence" harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of usort , your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law
